Recently, 'bandit06' had this to say about Saginaw's downtown district:"There is no downtown Saginaw. There is only an area and a few remaining buildings that used to be downtown Saginaw. It's been thirty or more years since there was a downtown Saginaw." (2/19/2010)
This is one of those buildings.

Nice limited palette!
So....it's a tiny little town?
Do you get tons of snow?
It has about 55,000 citizens in the city and several suburbs. The downtown area (and several other neighborhoods) are essentially deserted though.
We don't get as much snow as most people think because we are surrounded by the great lakes. Many precipitation systems dissipate as they cross the water.
